Brett Affrunti is a New York born illustrator and artist who has a passion for drawing, design, and music. After living in Southern California for a few years, Brett returned to the east coast where he received his BFA in Communication Design/Illustration from Pratt Institute, in Brooklyn, NY.
Influenced by the energy and culture of New York City, Brett found his love for reportage drawing. The main objective is to see, communicate, and interpret the world by drawing directly on the spot.
Through his illustration and reportage work, Brett has been recognized by American Illustration 28 and 29, and has received commissions from various clients such as Wired, Car and Driver Magazine, and the Los Angeles Times. He loves to work in a variety of mediums such as pen and ink, watercolor, pastel, acrylics, and digital media.
